BA-Psych (Hon) M Psych (For) MAPS FCFP Registered and Forensic Psychologist

Debbie attained registration as a psychologist 10 years ago following the completion of her master’s degree in Forensic Psychology.

Following her studies, Debbie has worked in several private practice settings with a wide range of clients with varied needs.

Debbie has experience providing assessments for the criminal courts in NSW as well as working with children, young persons and their families providing psychological assessments, reports and treatment.

Some of the major areas Debbie assesses includes cognitive functioning, academic attainment, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Anxiety and behavioural concerns.

Debbie enjoys using therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

Debbie has an interest in working with victims of trauma and police, veterans and emergency service personnel.

Debbie works daily with general community members on a wide range of issues such as:

Debbie accepts Mental Health Care Plans, Private Health Fund Referrals, WorkCover, DVA and self-referrals.
